Hear from a Listener

Quotes from our listeners called into our comment line [(785) 864-4758]
Hi my name is Nick and I'm from Sedalia. I enjoy listening to the Missouri News Hour, and I listen to books too. I like Audio Reader because it helps me stay informed.

“This is Jeanette C, and I wanted to make a comment about the audio nooks that I have been receiving. It’s really been a lifesaver because I have been a reader all my life, and suddenly glaucoma made it to where I could no do either, but with these two items, I have my satisfaction back in being a reader. I thank you very much for it.”

Comment image abridged "I've been a Telephone Reader listener for many years. I listen to programs like Two on the Aisle, TV Guide, Short Stories, and local papers KC Star and LJ World. I don't have access to the high tech equipment that would allow me to do audio books in any other way. Thanks again!"

I am blind, and I love a lot of the things you read. I do the grocery ads, which I appreciate because it helps me save money in the long run, and I listen to all the cooking shows you have, the newspaper, different magazines, and all the information that keeps me up to date.
